Vilma Anderson
President
Vilma Anderson is a co-founder of ROC and has been president and head of operations since 1987. She has a BS degree in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell and an MBA. Prior to starting ROC she was a chemical engineer and sales engineer at Xerox Corporation in Rochester and San Francisco, and a process engineer at Burr-Brown in Tucson.

David Anderson
Director of Optics
David Anderson is a co-founder of ROC and has lead the fabrication of optics for the company since 1987. He has a BS degree in physics and an MAT degree both from the University of Pittsburgh. Before founding ROC David fabricated optics at the Optical Sciences Center and the Steward Observatory Mirror Lab at the University of Arizona as well being a manufacturing engineer at both the Perkin-Elmer Corporation in Connecticut and Spectra-Physics Corporation in Mountain View, California.
