CNC Generating Services
ROC offers to customers requiring optical blanks to be shaped in various ways generation services using our CNC generator capable of cutting blanks up to 1500 mm in diameter. We can cut blanks to concave or convex radius, shape rear surfaces in various ways, cut center holes and pockets, etc. The pictures below give you some idea of what we can do.

Curve Generation
We can produce convex and concave curves on parts up to 1500 mm in diameter.

Surface Shaping
We can shape parts both on the perimeter and on the surface from single and double-arch (or more) mirrors to more complex shapes.
